The knee course

This course will discuss the most common knee problems like anterior knee pain and osteoarthritis. There will be focus on load management and how get pain relief fast. There will be given simple exercises for different stages of rehabilitation and also recommended exercises in the gym. The peace & love principles for acute treatment and rehabilitation  will also be discussed. 

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
