hello, my name is Felipe,  I have a patient with quervain's tenosynovitis, She has done exercises of gentle load to the tendon ( 3-4 max / 10 level of pain)  with isometric contractions, eccentric and concentric of the extensor muscles long of the thumb and short abductor, with short elastic bands but the patient has not lowered the pain so much in these weeks, what approach of exercises have you taken with this pathology or which exercises you usually does in this kind of pathology.

    Thanks very much

The patient is experiencing persistent pain despite performing gentle load exercises for quervain's tenosynovitis. It may be beneficial to explore alternative exercise approaches or modalities. Consider incorporating low-impact exercises that reduce stress on the tendon, such as fingertip push-ups against a wall or gentle wrist stretches. Additionally, exploring therapeutic modalities like ultrasound or splinting may provide relief. It's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional or a qualified physical therapist to assess the specific https://www.montereyherald.com/2024/04/29/best-coursework-writing-services-top-5-reliable-websites/ case and tailor an appropriate exercise plan.
